On Aug. 22, less than two hours after they began their deliberations, a jury in Montgomery County Circuit Court decided that the plaintiff’s claims of retaliation and wrongful discharge, which had been the basis of the lawsuit, were unfounded.
After a two week trial, the jury ruled in favor of the Landon School and also ruled in favor of Landon on its counterclaims that plaintiff had breached his contract and duty of loyalty to the school during his employment there. Harrison had been the school’s chief finance and operations officer.
