Tom McCally Presents “Employment Practices Liability”

On April 2, 2014, Tom McCally presented on Employment Practices Liability to RLI Design Professionals. Tom reviewed the laws that prohibit discrimination, explored methods to reduce exposure to employment and labor law claims, and discussed principles to manage discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
