On March 20, 2015, Mariana Bravo moderated and Kelly Lippincott presented on the four-person panel: “Love & Marriage…Getting Insurance Coverage for Complex Claims Without Causing the Insured and the Insurance Company to Get a Divorce,” at the Hispanic National Bar Association Corporate Counsel Conference in San Antonio, Texas.  The presentation provided an overview of the top issues that may trigger conflicts between the Insured and the Insurance Company, and how to avoid such battles.
