Carr Maloney is pleased to announce that Tracy Scott has been elected a Member of the Firm.
Tracy focuses her practice on complex commercial, premises, professional and product liability. She is a seasoned trial attorney who has successfully represented individuals and businesses alike in Federal and State Courts throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Prior to entering private practice, Tracy worked closely with members of the U.S. Congress and Maryland General Assembly as a Budget and Legislative Analyst at the Montgomery County Commission for Women. She served as a legislative assistant for Congressman Louis Stokes (D-OH), monitoring an array of critical public policy issues and developing legislative initiatives.
